Refund policy

• All returns must be unused and received in its brand new, original condition. 

• We do not refund credit card or transaction fees. 

• Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.

• Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping back product(s) to H3 Carry Solutions.

• We reserve the right to deny credit if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policies.

• Returns not initiated through our website and sent without our knowledge will not be accepted.

• Once returns are initiated, they must be sent back to H3 Carry Solutions within 30 days.

*Original Shipping Costs are not refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the reason for return is warranty defect.
