DOMESTIC USA SHIPMENTS

Standard shipments from within the US are normally shipped with USPS, UPS or Fedex and usually reach their destination in 3-7 business days, but may take longer if the carrier is experiencing delays. Orders require 4 days to process.

All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following business day.

Missing Packages

Missing items are often located in approximately 2-3 days of expected delivery. If your order status is "delivered" but you haven’t received your package yet, please follow the below steps:

  • Confirm your shipping address. Check your order confirmation email and make sure your address is correct.
  • Check your mailbox or anywhere you receive mail. Carriers deliver differently depending on the type and location of your delivery address.
  • Check with others or with neighbors. Someone else may have accepted the package on your behalf or may be temporarily holding it for you.
  • Check for a notice of attempted delivery. This notice will have more information and the next steps you should take to receive your package.
  • Give it a little more time. Some carriers will scan items as delivered prior to arrival. We suggest waiting 2-3 days. 
  • Contact the Courier. Try contacting the carrier who handled your package. The Courier should be able to contact the local delivery person who handled your package.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Your order can be cancelled as long is it hasn't been processed, shipped or picked up by the courier.
